Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via EFT to our account.Â

What will these services cost?
When you proceed through to the booking stage, you will see an allocated time to each service.
We charge $50 per hour, and one hour is the minimum callout fee. We will charge in 15minute blocks after this if required.

What about keys/access?
Because we have decided to make after hours and weekends a specialty, we do ask that if a key can be left safely onsite, either in a meter box, letterbox or other safe space, and we can return it to your office during business hours.Â
If there is no power at the property, we may not be able to complete a clean after hours
Do you have a guarantee?
We do. We will always return to site if an item has been missed, and if we are unable to do so, we can make an adjustment to the invoice. However we are confident that this would be a rarity, as we specialise in attention to detail and getting it right the first time.
